Free developer tools that keep your code private
JustYourDev is a set of free developer tools that run in your browser: formatters and minifiers for JSON, XML, SQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, converters between JSON, CSV, YAML and XML, Base64, URL and JWT decoders, UUID, password and hash generators, a regex tester, a diff checker and a cron expression parser. There is no account to create and no limit on use.
Your code and data are processed on your own device. Nothing you paste, from an API response to a JWT or an HMAC secret, is sent to our server, stored or logged. That makes the tools safe to use with real payloads from work, where pasting into a random website would be a problem.
The JSON formatter on this page pretty-prints and validates JSON as you paste it, and points at the exact spot when the JSON is invalid. Every other tool is one click away in the Tools menu, and there are quick-reference pages for HTTP status codes, MIME types, the ASCII table, cron schedules and more.
Popular uses
- Reading a minified API response or log line
- Finding the trailing comma that breaks a config file
- Decoding a JWT or Base64 string while debugging auth
- Generating UUIDs, passwords and test data
- Checking a regex or cron schedule before it ships
Tips for the best result
- Bookmark the tool you use most: every tool has its own page that opens ready to paste.
- Nothing is saved, so copy your result before closing the tab.
- The reference pages (HTTP status codes, MIME types, ASCII and more) have a filter box: type to narrow the list.
